Pci Exhaust Fan Air Filter Materials?

I think air filter for my team to make. I think the welding of the filter frame together, but what can I use for the filter itself? Basically I need the names of different materials can be used for filtering, so I can take a look at the hardware store.

What I want to do the material:

1. Filter dust and hair problem with the thick dust in my area and I have a Golden Retriever.
2. Washable: No big deal. If it's cheap, it can go away, if you want it to be covered.
3. Limit the amount of air, I have an exhaust fan of ICP, which should help the air flow, so that a thicker material that can get more and more dust.
